muddle 2 thin slices of ginger
with a dash of sugar water.
Then add all the ingredients.
Shake well and fine-strain into a pre-chilled Daiquirí glass.

10ml Havana Club Añejo Blanco
15ml Dry Orange Curacao
Juice of half a lime
Dash of angostura bitters
Garnish:
A slice of ginger and a lime wheel
