Havana-Club COCKTAIL - Great-Bill:
Muddle the berries, the segment of lime, the sugar syrup and the ginger. Add crushed ice, Havana Club Añejo Blanco and shake. Double strain.
40ml Havana Club Añejo Blanco
20ml sugar syrup
5g ginger
1 segment of lime
6-8 great bilberries
