Havana-Club COCKTAIL - Bee-Bee-Foam



Havana-Club COCKTAIL - Bee-Bee-Foam

Shake all the ingredients. Strain into an empty glass. Fill 2/3 of the glass with crushed ice. Top with Champagne. Stir gently. Garnish.

35ml Havana Club AƱejo Reserva
15ml Poire Williams liqueur
5ml honey (liquid)
10ml gomme syrup
10ml lemon juice
30ml pear puree
20ml Champagne

Garnish:
A slice of pear
